Policy scope
This policy describes Railune, a personal wardrobe and outfit planner, and its accompanying website. It covers the app’s own behavior. Android, an app store and any future website host operate under their own policies. Effective 14 September 2026.
Local wardrobe
Garment names, colors, categories, selected illustrations, availability states and notes are entered or chosen by you. Railune saves these records on your device. The app does not send them to an organization or server.
Outfit drafts
Your current outfit draft, selected pieces, title, occasion and note are saved as you work. A draft is separate from a saved look until you choose Save look. Closing or relaunching the app retains the last successfully stored draft.
Saved looks
Saved looks contain the pieces and details you selected. A piece linked to your wardrobe can show its current availability. Duplicating a look creates a separate editable record. Archive hides a record and Restore brings it back.
Dated plans
Dates, occasions, selected looks and worn marks are local planning entries you create. Railune does not access your system calendar or set notifications. A planned date is not a reminder service.
Personal notes
Your garment, look and pairing notes are stored with the relevant object. Avoid entering information you do not want kept on a shared device. The app does not analyze notes for profiling or send them to a language model.
Device storage
The Android app stores its state in app-private SharedPreferences. The illustrated reference library and interface are bundled with the installed app. Other people who can open your device and this app may see your saved work.
Backups
Railune disables Android cloud backup and device-transfer rules for its stored records. It does not provide a sync or export service. Device or manufacturer behavior is outside the app’s control. Clearing app storage or uninstalling may remove your work.
Network behavior
The Android app requests no Internet permission and makes no runtime network requests. Core screens, illustrations and saved records work from local files. Artwork generation occurred during development; no image service runs inside the app.
Permissions
Railune does not request camera, microphone, photo-library, contacts, location, calendar or notification permissions. Garment imagery is selected from the bundled illustrations; the app does not take or upload photographs.
Analytics and ads
No advertising, analytics, tracking or crash-reporting service is integrated into Railune. The app does not transmit identifiers or usage events. Android or an app store may separately process diagnostic information under your platform settings.
Purchases and accounts
Railune has no account registration, login, payment form or in-app purchase implementation. It does not store passwords or payment details. Any transaction with a distributor takes place outside this app.
Teen audience
Railune is designed for teens aged 13 and over and adults who want to organize clothing and outfits. It is not directed to children under 13. It does not request age, date of birth, body measurements or body photographs, and it does not include messaging or public profiles.
Data control
You can edit your own records and notes. Archive hides garments, looks and dated plans while retaining them for restoration. To erase all app records, use Android’s Clear storage control or uninstall the app. That action is separate from the reversible in-app Archive.
Security
Records are held in Android’s app-private storage. Railune does not add a separate password or encryption layer. Keep your device access controls appropriate for your situation. No software or device can be promised perfectly secure.
Website hosting
The accompanying pages contain local assets and a temporary layer-selection demo. They have no contact form, analytics scripts or advertising. Demo choices are held only while the page is open. If these pages are hosted online, the hosting provider may process technical request data such as an IP address; its actual policy must be supplied by the operator.
Policy changes
Changes to the app’s implementation may require an updated policy. Review the effective date with the version you install. A future feature involving uploads, accounts or new services would need its own accurate explanation before use.
Contact
Railune has no email submission or contact form. Questions about your copy can be raised through the person or channel that supplied it. No verified organizational email is attached to this private distribution. A public distributor must provide a working contact route before publication.
